From time to time I find myself in need of a last minute card so I took a sketch challenge from SUDSOL and created this super easy card with limited stamping!

GAB #10 Sketch Challenge

STAMPIN' UP! GRAB BAGS - GET YOURS BEFORE THEY'RE GONE!

Hey all!

Just wanted to welcome you all to join us at GAB this week for our sketch challenge!

For this card I used Whisper White CS, Soft Suede CS and the In-Color 6x6 hostess DP. I sponged around the edge of the entire card with Soft Suede and also sponged my image piece with Blushing Bride. I used the Eat Chocolate stamp and colored with Soft Suede marker, then stamped my sentiment from Three Little Words in Pear Pizzazz. This card is embellished with Soft Suede Polka Dot Ribbon (Clearance Rack for $3.99!) and 3 pearls from a strand.

I found a similar card on Gilda Fellows blog and fell in love! This is another set I just got around to playing with and wanted to share my version with you all. I am hoping to mass produce them soon so I can send them to all my customers when they make purchases next month! OCC Thank You Challenge with a Twist!

I have another challenge post! I'm on a roll this weekend! I had sooo much fun making this card! I love making the butterflies with the pearls and Baja Breeze is one of my favorite colors so I ALWAYS enjoy using it!

Our Creative Corner has challenged everyone to a Thank You theme with a twist this week! The twist is to use a blue and cream color palette and add metal and vellum to your creation! Now, I have to tell you I did a little improvising as I ran out of vellum last week and haven't been to the store the get more so... I used tissue paper to cover the butterflies! It looks slightly different but I'm willing to bet if I wouldn't have told ya you would have never noticed!

Just Believe

It can be a male’s thank you card too! LOL

As I said in my last post yesterday, I have been asked to make 6 different unisex thank you cards… I didn’t think it would be too hard but then I realized my style is kinda girly… LOL Either way… Here are 3 I came up with using the Just Believe set from the new catty!

I found a VERY similar card on SCS and made my own version…

Thank You using Bleach Technique!

I found this technique on another demonstrators blog and had to try it out! You emboss the image in black on colored paper and paint over the flowers with bleach to lighten or whiten the paper! Cool huh?! (something is wrong with the lighting on my camera…. or maybe its an operator error LOL)

 

I love them!
