Desserts in the Pot!

Today's share is the recipe card I made for my second spot for the It's In the Pot! recipe swap on SCS. I really like the way this one came out and I LOVE this recipe! Try it some time!

16 oz Cherry Pie Filling
1 Box White Cake Mix
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts, Optional

Lightly butter the bottom of the crockpot and pour in cherry pie filling.
Cook on high 30 min. Mix remaining ingredients together the spoon into hot pie
filling. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours.

I like to serve this with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream! YUM!

It's In the Pot! Recipe Swap

Today's share is a recipe card I made for a crockpot recipe swap on SCS. I made them pretty basic but I'm happy with the way they turned out!

This recipe is called Bud's Smokies.

1 Package Hilshire Farm's Beef Lil' Smokies
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 24oz Can Budweiser or Bud Light

Fill crockpot on high with beer and brown sugar.
Stir in brown sugar until dissolved then add smokies.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours to allow best flavor.

Mmm Mmm Good!

This is by far one of my family's favorite easy casserole dish's! It's abosolutely delicious! I was using up some scraps I had laying around for these cars so I honestly don't know what colors I used. I pulled them out of my old retired colors that have been sitting around too long for me to remember! LOL

Enjoy!

Cheesy Chile Corn Casserole!

Today I have another recipe card to share with you from a Vegetarian swap I swapped in on SCS. When I make this I have to cook chicken too for my family but I think it's yummy without!

It Starts with a MIX!

These are a couple of recipe cards I made for a recipe swap on SCS for altered cake mix recipes or altered mixes in general! I'm pretty excited, someone has a recipe for a Taco Casserole with Bisquick mix! I hope I get one of those! I know these are made with next to no SU! products but I had to share cause I LOVE the way they turned out! This was also the first two recipe cards I've ever made! It was sooo much fun! If you've never made any before you should give it a try!
